Piggy Pops

Originally slated to be the first Gelato release in our series, before Iced ‘n’ Baked and Sundae Thumper, our plans for Gelauto N°33 had to be shelved during the upside-down time of 2020. She’s a big girl with one of the most impressive palates we’ve ever witnessed. Jimbo unashamedly proclaims Gelauto N°33 as his favourite strain of 2025. We’ve paired our Gelauto N°33 with a number of selections from our catalogue. As true F1 Limited Editions, these strains have been tested by a handful of community members in advance of the release, but haven’t had the extensive mass-testing that a main catalogue strain goes through. Piggy Pops came squealing out of the gate with one of the earliest sex reveals the grower’s ever seen, twice. Despite running in a modest 3-gallon pot, she stretched tall and proud, stacking a chunky central cola that glistened with frost by Day 63. Her nose started out skunky but quickly matured into a rich blend of berries, cream, and fuel, the kind of scent that makes you double-take after a stem rub.

After initially pushing too hard on nutrients, the grower pulled back, added Recharge, and found the sweet spot; she responded beautifully. While still in flower at the time of this log, Piggy Pops already looks like a strong contender: a loud, sticky dessert bomb with legs. If she finishes like she’s growing, she might just snort her way to the top of the dessert cart.
